This disclaimer page displays a front static full page, which is used to block page content viewing for several audiences, such as HCP content (=Healthcare professional) against Patients (OTC) content, according to cookies duration time.

This page can contain:

• Header navigation same/different from the home page
• Full description above the entrance cards.
• Entrance cards for destination.
• Full description below the entrance cards.
• Footer navigation same/different from the home page
• Entrance cards for destination.

The Entrance cards for differnce destination:

• The Entrance cards can appear in a grid of 2 cards/ 3 cards in a row, without limit of rows.
• Behind each entrance card you can add a background image, or keep it as the default page background.
• On each card, you can add a title, rich text, a CTA button for a main relevant destination (not necessarily for the current page) and optionally for filling in unlimited form fields.
• The form fields can be the following: text input (Name, email, phone, password), Radio buttons, Checkbox buttons (single/multiple), Dropdown list (without autosuggest).
• There is no dependency between one cards.
• The destination on the entrance cards based on the duration of cookie time, that is - during this time, the website leads the user to the correct destination.
• This page will be as front page, which will hide components below it, such as: "chat-bot", "back to top" button, "pop-up" alert. However, will not hide the "One trust cookie banner".

This place is for additional information such as free text, using the variety of components available.
