Video Background including Scrambler

A video of this type can only appear at the top of a page once per page.

The video is Autoplay, without sound (from YouTube or Vimeo) with optional text on it as a scrambler animation.
In addition, a button to scroll down and view the content below the fold.

The scrambler animation can have 2 view options:

• Full Scrambler - three rows.
  The first two rows (same large font size) start with scrambler animation. 
  whereas the third row (small font size) appears right after the scrambler animation ends.
  Font color: by default is white. it can change according to the brand's color for the three rows.
  
  
• Partial scrambler - two rows.
  The first two rows start with scrambler animation, without the third row.
  However, the first row is a large font size, while the second row is a smaller font size.
  Font color: by default is white. it can change according to the brand's color for the second row only.
